Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business working days after the product is received back and verified.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

As our products are all designed with mothers in mind, at Lotus Maternity we like to make life that little bit easier by offering free returns with a no quibble guarantee. We always strive to offer not only the highest quality garments but also high quality service too!

Should you need to return your product, please notify us at [email protected] or call us on 07722 921660 and we will send you a pre-paid returns bag.

The returns bag will already have our address provided for your convenience. Only until we confirm receipt of your item and are able to inspect the item, so that it meets our return and/or exchange criteria, can we issue a refund.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Therefore, for your security we urge you to obtain proof of postage, which can be issued free of charge from your local Post Office for you to keep.

It may also be useful to take note of the reference number in case you need to telephone.
