The Postnatal Plan – Nottingham – North
Our signature parenting course is 5 years strong and we are very pleased to see The Postnatal Plan expanding across the County, where we are going to be running a new group in Ravenshead, Nottingham.
In this course you will learn:
- breastfeeding: positioning and attachment
- weaning
- perineal trauma and Caesarean section care
- sleep cycles and routine
- breastfeeding complications
- infant reflux and colic
- how to formula feed responsively
and much, much more.
As a brand, Lotus Maternity has always focused predominantly on postnatal care, specifically breastfeeding support. As midwives however we recognise that not many women in the UK breastfeed. This course has been designed to support mothers and parents through the first six months- which is an incredibly challenging and life-changing time. Irrespective of feeding choice, everyone is welcome to join our classes.
This course develops practical skills and offers trusted knowledge, facilitated by midwives in a non-judgmental environment. A space to create lasting relationships and gain an incredible support network of friends from your local community too.
