Our signature parenting course is 4 years strong and we are very pleased to see The Postnatal Plan returning to our favourite venue in Ruddington, Nottingham.
In this course you will learn:

As a brand, Lotus Maternity has always focused predominantly on postnatal care, specifically breastfeeding support. As midwives however we recognise that not many women in the UK breastfeed. This course has been designed to support mothers and parents through the first six months- which is an incredibly challenging and life-changing time. Irrespective of feeding choice, everyone is welcome to join our classes.
This course develops practical skills and offers trusted knowledge, facilitated by midwives in a non-judgmental environment. A space to create lasting relationships and gain an incredible support network of friends from your local community too.

The Postnatal Plan course covers all of the essentials parents with new babies need to know and is taught over several months, creating an environment for lasting friendships to be made.

We have all of your parenting needs covered.
Classes run every week, so mums can join whenever they feel ready, whether that’s with a 2 week old or 2 month old. The content is rolling and bookings are for 6 week blocks.
This group has been developed to look after you and the course is ‘Designed by Midwives for Mothers’. Bring your babies along and enjoy a speciality, freshly prepared HOT drink on us. Since we all know that is a rare luxury enjoyed by new mums!
